Free shipping within domestic United States

Within the domestic United States, all orders for in-stock items ship free of charge with ground shipping.

Please allow up to two business days for in-stock item orders to be fulfilled and a tracking number issued. Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 2-4 business days.

Express 2-Day is also available for an additional $25 per order.  You can purchase one of these options during the checkout process. Your order will ship in 1-2 business days, so please keep that timeline in mind.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday, barring any national holidays.

Delivery of your order may be delayed due to COVID restrictions that are beyond our control. 

Shipments to Canada

Please note shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes. Sorry, but we have no control over these charges and can’t predict their amount. You’ll be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes.

Duties and taxes, or shipping costs are not included in the price of product.  Duties and taxes will be billed to recipient. You will be notified by carrier of charges prior to releasing the shipment. 

Shipping is billed separately at $25 USD  flat rate per order.

Delivery of your order may be delayed due to customs or COVID restrictions that are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Within the domestic United States:

Green ReActives are designed to make you happy. However, if for any reason you’re not, you have 30 days after you received your item to send it back for a full refund. Return shipping within the domestic U.S. is free.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please email  info@shopgreenbrand.com  with the subject line “Return request”  Please provide your name, order number, item, color, and size you wish to return, as well as your reason for the return ( too big, too small, wrong item, not as pictured/described,  damaged/defective, other).  We will issue a return label by email.  Please print the label and affix to the resealed shoe box.  Be sure to remove all previous shipping labels.  You can leave your package at any United States Postal Service location as well as your own mailbox, your local Post office or postal collection boxes.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains and odors, and in a re-sellable condition, with their original tags affixed.
If everything runs like clockwork, the entire return process takes around two weeks. Once you send an item back, it will reach us typically within 3-7 business days, if shipped within the domestic U.S.  Up to 7 business days are required for us to process a return & refund once receiving your item(s).

 

Returns from Canada

If you need to make a return, please email  info@shopgreenbrand.com  with the subject line “return request”  Please provide your name, order number, item, color, and size you wish to return, as well as your reason for the return ( too big, too small, wrong item, not as pictured/described, damaged/defective, or other).

Once the return is approved, please repack the product in its original packaging, remove all previous labels and ship to the address below using your provider of choice.  Please mark the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" on the exterior of the package to avoid custom charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, and keeping your proof of postage, as we are unable to take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Please note, we can only accept returned products that are in their original condition (in a re-sellable condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all labels and tags attached.
