What size should I order?

greenReActives® run true to size, so if you normally wear a 7, order a 7. We offer half sizes too, so you can get a comfortable fit even if you’re in one of those in-between sizes.


I just ordered some GreenReActives. How will I know if the order was successful?

You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email from us at the email address you provided. It will contain your order number and a summary of your order. Please print and retain for your records. If for any reason you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please contact customer service at:

How do I cancel or modify my online order?

We understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or edit your order. While we’ll always try to accommodate your needs, we might not be able to catch your order before it moves through our fulfillment center – yeah, our orders
move that fast. pretty quickly. Once your order has reached our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations. But you’ll be able to return it, free, for a refund.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept the following payment methods when they are registered to a US billing address: Visa, MasterCard, & American Express.

Do I have to pay sales tax when I order online?

Yes, we’re required by law to charge sales tax on all purchases that are shipped to states that tax retail sales. Some states tax shipping charges, as well as the purchase total. Sales tax on shipping is not refundable on returned merchandise. Please note that order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order ships.

Shipping & Order Status

Free Shipping

Within the domestic United States, all orders for in-stock items ship free of charge with ground shipping.

Please allow up to two business days for in-stock item orders to be fulfilled and a tracking number issued. Once you receive your tracking number via email, you should expect your package within 2-4 business days.

What are my options for faster shipping?

Expedited 2-Day and Overnight delivery are also available. Prices are calculated by package weight and location. You can purchase one of these options during the checkout process. Your order will ship in 1-2 business days, so please keep that timeline in mind.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday, barring any national holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently selling to customers in the US and Canada. If you’re outside these countries, please contact us

For deliveries to Canada please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Sorry, but we have no control over these charges and can’t predict their amount. You’ll be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes.

Duties and taxes are not included in the price of product or the shipping cost.  Duties and taxes will be billed to recipient. You will be notified by carrier of charges prior to releasing the shipment.

Delivery of your order may be delayed due to customs or COVID restrictions that are beyond our control.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, input your email here. Please note that orders will only be trackable once your shoes have shipped. The Order Status Tracker can also be found in the footer of our home page.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, shipping on orders may be temporarily delayed. Your order may make an extra stop along the journey—rest assured that your package is on its way and that we're doing our best to get it to you as quickly as we can. 

There is a possibility that your order's delivery may be delayed due to customs or COVID restrictions which we, unfortunately, have no control over.

The order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Regrettably, we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Returns policy?

Within the domestic United States:

GreenReActives are designed to make you happy. However, if for any reason you’re not, you have 30 days after you receive your item to send it back for a full refund. Return shipping within the domestic U.S. is free.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please email  with the subject line “return request _ your name _order number and the item # and size you wish to return.”Please note that to be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains and odors, and in a re-sellable condition, with their original tags affixed. If everything runs like clockwork, the entire return process takes around two weeks. Once you send an item back, it will typically reach us within 3-7 business days, if shipped within the domestic U.S. Up to 7 business days are required for us to process an exchange/return once receiving your item(s).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by emailing  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I just exchange one pair for another?

Sorry, our computerized inventory and shipping system is not set up to handle exchanges. Please use our FREE online return process (you’ll find directions here) for a refund and then simply order again.

Will you notify me about my Refund?

If you ordered online, you’ll receive an email to let you know that we received your return and have processed your refund.

How long will it take to get my Refund?

If you made your return using our online process, you should expect to see your refund within 7-10 business days after you receive your Return Confirmation email. Due to COVID-19 regulations, there is a chance that your return may experience unexpected delays.

All refunds are issued to the original method(s) of payment.

Refunds for online orders

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect your unworn products at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirming that your return has been processed and refunds should post to your account within 10 business days. If you don’t receive your refund in this time, you should contact your financial institution and then our customer service team.

Exchanges within the Domestic United States

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Carriers for Returns

USPS: You can leave your package at any United States Postal Service location as well as your own mailbox, your local Post office or postal collection boxes.

FedEx: You can you drop your package off at any staffed FedEx location, including: The FedEx World Service Center® or FedEx drop boxes, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® location or including it with your regular scheduled FedEx Ground® pickup.

Returns from Canada

Fill out the returns form (included with your order) and enclose it in your returns package. For customers residing outside of the United States, please kindly mark the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" on the exterior of the package to avoid custom charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, and keeping your proof of postage, as we are unable to take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Please note, we can only accept returned products that are in their original condition (in a re-sellable condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all labels and tags attached.
